Kur po afrohen zgjedhjet lokale, kryebashkiakët e kanë “lëshuar pa duar” vjedhjen duke bërë tender me çmime të frikshme dhe dicka e tillë po ndodh me kryebashkiakun Rrogozhine s Edison Memolla . Duke mos e patur të sigurt rikandidimin apo fitoren edhe nëse rikandidohen, kryebashkiakët po bëjnë tenderë me çmime të paarsyeshme të cilat justifikohen vetem me vjedhjen dhe asgjë tjetër.
Rasti më tipik është ai i kryebashkiakut Memolla, i cili edhe pse i ri në moshë duket se ka mësuar nga “mjeshtrat” dhe tani po bën kërdinë.

Nga një përllogaritje e thjeshtë rezulton se Memolla ka në planë të shpenzojë 1 milionë lekë për çdo 1 metër rrugë. Kur, me aq para mund të shtronte me asfalt të gjitha rrugët e një qytetit të vogël si Rrogozhina.
